Dress measures 35" in length. Bust measures 21" from underarm seam to seam. Measurements taken on a small. Fabric has stretch. IF YOU BOUGHT THE BLACK VERSION: This fits looser and is longer than the black. This has an easy fit throughout and gets looser in the hips.
