Every Friday, we post an item that we call a Belles and Steals. It's an item that we love and are bringing to you for a steal! This week it's a sweet tank with lots of fun details in two gorgeous colors. Like for real, the colors are STUNNING in person. If you're a teacher or work in an office, these would be adorable under a cardigan or jacket. It's got the cutest finishing touches like a criss cross detail on the back and split hem.
