How do I return an item?
If you receive your order and aren't head over heels for it, you do have the opportunity to return the items you purchased.
Items can be returned if:
- Items that are unworn, unaltered (i.e. no changes which means hanger straps must be intact), and unwashed. They must be free of all makeup and deodorant stains and free of any scent/frangrance. The original tag must still be attached.
- Items must be received within 14 days of shipment date.
If your items meet these requirements, please complete the return form. You will receive your choice of a full refund or store credit. Please indicate which you would like on your return slip. If no selection is made, store credit will be issued.
In the case of a late return, customer must have email approval and all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit less our cost of shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Belles and Whistles is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Items received after the return deadline without email approval will be returned to sender.
