For sizes small to large shorts have a 10" rise and 7.5" inseam. For sizes XL to XXXL shorts have a 12" rise and 8" inseam. These have a moderate amount of stretch. These run true without a ton of stretch. We recommend the following sizing: small is a 0/2, medium is a 4/6, large is a 8/10, XL is a 12/14, XXL is a 14/16, and XXXL is a 16/18.
