This new midi dress will have you feeling like a modern-day Dorothy! It's such an easy choice for spring/summer. The length is perfect and it's seriously versatile. This looks as cute with wedges as it does with sandals. It's also a great choice for family pictures. Pro tip: blue is one of the easiest colors to coordinate for big groups. Small dress measures 19" from underarm seam to seam and 45" in length. Add 1" to measurements as you go up in size. Dress has an elastic waistband. This fits true to size through the bust and looser in the skirt. We recommend grabbing your normal size. If in between sizes we recommend sizing up but double check the measurements.
