Leg opening measures 24.5". Measurements taken on a small. Fabric has good stretch in legs and moderate stretch in the waistband. We recommend the following sizing: an XS is a 0/2, a small is a 4/6, medium is a 8/10, and a large is a 12/14. If in between sizes or if you prefer a looser fit, size up.
