This dress is so special. It's bright, fun to wear, and perfect when you want to stand out. It features puffed sleeves which is complemented by the more fitted body. Add in a tiered skirt and you've got an incredibly flattering silhouette. Top of dress is lined. Bust measures 17" on the XS, 18" on the small, 19" on the medium, and 20" on the large. XS measures 54" in length, small measures 55", medium measures 56", and large measures 57". This fits true to size with no stretch. We recommend grabbing your normal size.
