But measures 24" from underarm seam to seam. Measurements taken on a small. Add 1" to each measurement as you go up in size. Fabric has give. This has a generous fit throughout. Your normal size will be loose. If in between sizes or wanting a less loose fit, size down. Top will still be loose with sizing down. Be sure to watch the fit video for more information.
