This gorgeous dress is what you need to wear for any special event this fall. It's a pleated fabric and looks (and feels) so expensive. It's got great movement and the layers plus pleating are so good. We're telling you, if you have any event that calls for a dress, grab this one and you'll be the best dressed guest. This runs loose.
