Sizes 1X - 3X have a 12.5" rise and a 4.75" inseam. Fabric has lots of stretch in the legs and waistband. We recommend grabbing your normal size for a true to size fit. Heather is a 4 and 5'6" wearing the smalls. She prefers the mediums for a looser fit.
