You can go down one size from your regular jean size. For example, if you're a 10 order a 9 or if you're a 6 order a 5. If in between sizes, choose the size in the middle. For example, if you're a 8/10, order a 9. If you are in between sizes and carry your weight in the hips/stomach, you might want to go with the larger size just to have a bit more room.
