Belt is attached. Please note that stripes might be slightly angled. Dress measures 42" in length. Bust measures 19" from underarm seam to seam. Measurements taken on a small. Fabric has no stretch but there is stretch in waistband. This has an easy fit so your normal size should fit with a little extra room.
