Product care

To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to prevent fading and bleeding.

Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying: Tumble dry on low or air dry to reduce shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.

Ironing: If needed, use a low-heat iron or steam to remove wrinkles. Avoid high heat on delicate fabrics.

Special Fabrics: For wool, silk, or embellished items, hand wash or dry clean as recommended.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knits to prevent stretching; hang woven fabrics to maintain shape.

Returns

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned within 14 days of the ship date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with no makeup or deodorant stains and free of any fragrance/scent. All original tags must be attached. Shoes must be in original box with all packaging.

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your return will be processed, and store credit will be issued. We ask for 5 business days to process returns.

Final Sale Items:
All sales on accessories, basics, doorbusters, and sale items are final. These items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Damaged must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If you have a damaged item, please email us at shopbellesandwhistles@gmail.com.

Size or Color Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for store credit. You can use that store credit to purchase the new size or color. If you want to check stock, email us at shopbellesandwhistles@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

Orders will not ship until payment clears.
We ship from Houston, TX.
Most orders placed by 2pm CST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. However, please allow one to two business days for orders to ship.
Most orders placed after 2pm CST Monday through Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm CST on Fridays and orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will usually ship the following business day but again please allow one to two business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Tracking information will be available on your account page. Please email us at shopbellesandwhistles@gmail.com if you cannot find your tracking information.
We ship orders via both USPS and UPS. We cannot guarantee an order's arrival by a specific day. If you are needing your order by a certain day, contact us about paying for Priority or Express Mail delivery. We will get you a quote based on your location. USPS no longer guarantees delivery for Priority Mail but it is faster than ground shipping.
We are not responsible for orders lost in transit. We will do everything within our power to help locate packages, but cannot be held responsible.
We ship orders to the 'Shipping Address' you provide at checkout. Please check that this address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. We do not offer refunds for orders that are cancelled due to incorrect shipping address. These orders will be issued store credit less a $6.99 shipping fee. This applies to all orders.
Return deadlines are firm unless there was a mistake on our part. If we were given the wrong address, you will be held to the original shipping date. If the mistake was our fault, we will move the return deadline based on the new shipping date.
