Bust measures 18" from underarm seam to seam. Measurements taken on a small. Fabric has no stretch but this does have a stretchy smocked panel in the back for more room in the bust. This fits true to size with an easy fit. We recommend grabbing your normal size. If in between sizes size up or down based on bust (ie size up if you want more room in the bust).
