It's got flat oversized Swiss dots and the sweetest bubble sleeves. We love that it's an option you can dress up or down. There's always lots of events in spring/summer (graduations, showers, recitals, and more) and this top is a perfect option. Top is fully lined. Top is 25" in length. Bust measures 23" from underarm seam to seam. Measurements taken on a small. Add 1" to each measurement as you go up in size. Fabric has no stretch. This has an easy fit throughout. Your normal size will have a loose fit. If in between sizes, size down. If you're at the lower end of your size and want a less loose fit be sure to check the measurements.
